  The unlocked, black Vivo IV D970L 16GB Smartphone from BLU is one of the thinnest smartphones around at just 5.5mm, and features a CNC machined aluminum chassis along with Gorilla Glass on the front and back helping make the Vivo IV feel as good as it looks. It also features a 5.0-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a pixel density of 440 ppi, making it easy to view videos, photos, play games, text message, and more. Additionally, you benefit from an integrated ARM 1.7 GHz octa-core Cortex A7 processor along with an ARM Mali 450 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and an on-board storage capacity of 16GB.
  
  The Vivo IV sports a 13.0MP 4128 x 3096 pixel camera on the back for taking photos and 1080p video at up to 30 fps. Once captured, you can upload your content directly to a variety of social networking sites, send them via text message or email, and more. For added convenience, you can also video chat with family and friends via the integrated front facing 5.0 MP camera.
  
  Running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, this GSM and HSPA+ compatible smartphone allows you to connect to high speed mobile data networks to transfer data quickly and efficiently.   This phone is designed to work on select GSM networks and is 3.5G HSPA+ capable. HSPA+ is a cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds much faster than standard 3G; in some cases, HSPA+ comes close to 4G LTE speeds, but is more widely available than LTE because it uses 3G networks. With an HSPA+ connection, this phone should have no problem streaming video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 2G data networks for instances when you can't get an HSPA+ signal. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
